Four signals that make feedback useful
A detailed review can be useful even when it is positive or critical. The strongest entries give readers enough context to understand the experience without pretending that one person’s result applies to everyone.
Purchase context
Format, approximate date and the rate or package shown—without exposing private payment information.
Observable service
Pace, listening, clarity, connection quality, time awareness and whether the question was addressed.
Prediction status
A clear distinction between details already confirmed and future claims that remain pending.
Follow-up record
A dated update when circumstances change, plus the outcome of any documented support request.
What our ratings criteria mean
Our evaluation included paid readings and the surrounding customer journey. These criteria concentrate on service qualities a customer can observe; they do not assign certainty to future outcomes.
Relevance and clarity
How directly the advisor addressed the stated question, explained the reading and distinguished guidance from certainty.
Respect and communication
Listening quality, tone, boundaries and whether the interaction avoided fear pressure or guaranteed-result language.
Pace and session control
Connection flow, time awareness and how practical it was to keep a paid conversation focused and within budget.
Advisor-choice information
The usefulness of profiles, specialties, formats and availability when building a shortlist before connecting.
Transparency and support
Visibility of current rates, introductory conditions, conduct standards, issue-reporting steps and time limits.
How to read different reviews
When a review is positive
Look for what helped: a clear answer, a useful explanation or respectful pacing. A high score alone offers little context.
When a review is critical
Look for the service problem and any support response. Use the same standard of detail you would apply to praise.
When a review cites a prediction
Check the claim, its deadline and a dated follow-up. Without a recorded outcome, the prediction remains pending.
Before you rely on a review
- Compare the review date with the advisor’s current profile and availability.
- Confirm the rate or introductory package displayed on your own account.
- Read several detailed comments, including criticism, instead of relying on the average alone.
- For your own reading, prepare one main question, a safe amount of context and a stopping point.
- Keep the authorized amount, advisor name, date and session or email timestamp if support is needed.
Current service facts worth checking
Introductory offers can be conditional, and the current advisor-profile rate should be checked before connecting. PsychicOz’s published satisfaction process asks customers to raise a concern within 48 hours after a phone session or email response; requests are reviewed individually and no specific outcome is promised. Current provider terms should take precedence over older comments.

A few months ago i asked Divine about a job I applied for at that time. and she said that ‘new job feels good – I’m getting a lot of traveling.’ I didn’t follow through with that job so I just thought maybe it would come later, or maybe it was a prediction that just wouldn’t come about due to free will. But actually, now a few months later, I received a higher position from a different job that entails a lot of driving and traveling around! It didn’t even dawn on me that she actually noted this in our reading from before until I realized how much traveling around I am doing for work. And it is such a wonderful place in my career that I am so happy about. And I know I am in the right place for this time in my life! Amazing, as always!

Catalina is one of my favorites and another one that keeps me sane. Her readings are unwavering and she is very gifted in picking up on the energies of the person and situation. As I tell every advisor I speak with, timelines are not set in stone and no advisor should ever be rated on the accuracy of their time frames. People have free will and therefore control their own timelines. What an advisor reads is the energy at the moment. I am dealing with someone who is very stubborn. Catalina picks up on what he wants, but he will deny himself what he wants over and over until he finally caves. But she describes him perfectly – his emotions and his quirks. Always consistent, non-judgmental, and someone who truly cares about her clients. No one is right 100% of the time, but she’s pretty darn close!
